1. Digital Nature of Service

Dzyre provides digital time-locked messages and romantic gestures. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of these digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a time capsule or valentine request has been successfully created and the shareable link has been delivered to the user.

2. Non-Delivery Refund Guarantee

We stand by our service. If your digital product is not delivered—meaning the system fails to generate your unique link or fails to secure your message in our database after a successful payment—we will provide a full refund.

If you experience a technical failure during the creation process, please contact us immediately at support@dzyre.site with your transaction details.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. Refund eligibility is limited to:

  • Technical failure preventing the generation of the capsule link.
  • Accidental double-billing for a single capsule creation.
  • System-wide outages that prevent the recipient from opening a capsule on its scheduled unlock date.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • "Change of mind" after the capsule has been successfully created.
  • A recipient refusing to open or respond to a message.
  • Loss of the unique link by the sender (though we will try our best to help you recover it).
  • User error in setting the reveal date or typing the message.

5. Process

Approved refunds will be processed via our payment partner, Dodo Payments, and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
